After working with the HR Department (thank you Lynne!), we’ve developed a new Substitute list. No more having the secretary print out a report that becomes out-dated as soon as you pull it off the printer. The site is available to all employees and can be accessed via:

Nice thread Dave. Looks, like it will work.
Really like it! Everything is in one place (teachers, counselor, secretary, parents) and it’s so much easier to access. Drop down boxes and opened documents everywhere. Very user friendly.
One question, can you view two screens at once or do you always have to do a report to show you information?
